During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the attentive staff, especially Ms. Hanlula at reception, who assisted with our early checkout and made us feel at home. The hotel was clean, and the dining experience was delightful.

The room service was particularly disappointing. I requested a change of bedsheets due to visible marks, but the staff simply reversed them instead. I encountered issues with the pool area where the loungers were dirty and the size was underwhelming for a hotel of this standing.

Located conveniently for my business trip, I found it easy to explore local attractions like the nearby Lifestyle Mall and Shaniwar Wada. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of dishes, but getting there before peak hours was crucial to fully appreciate it. Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues in common areas that could use improvement, but overall, I had a positive experience.

The large room offered great views and a comfortable sleep. AC worked well, keeping the room cool. Grohe fittings and quality Apotheke products made for a nice bathroom experience. Breakfast at Mosaic impressed me with its variety. the sausages were particularly tasty, and the fruit compotes were delicious. I appreciated the quick in-room dining service. I noticed a sewage smell upon entering the property. Some public areas lacked cleanliness, which could use attention. Having a late check-out was a nice touch from the reception team, though the pool and lifts seemed in need of better maintenance.

The stay at Crowne Plaza was highly satisfactory. The location is excellent, positioned conveniently near main attractions and train services. The daily breakfast buffet underwent a refreshing update with a variety of delicious options overseen by Chef Mr Dev Anand. the staff proved to be attentive and efficient, ensuring that all requests were managed promptly, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

The hotel rates were higher than nearby competitors.

The room was clean, big enough for a couple , and the bed was really cozy. Had a great time at the rooftop lounge, although the DJ was a bit too loud , especially on weekdays.

It wasn’t cheap , but I guess you sorta expect that for a place like this.
